great old city location. but with that comes (expected) noise from early morning bin collections etc. everything is a balance.

Nice but minimal
Very friendly staff nicely located the only thing that lets it down the is the fixings the very small towels the lack of toilet paper apart from that it’s fine just for one night.
Rooms are very spacious and the hotel is conveniently located in the city center—about 7–10 minutes from the bus stops that go to the Alhambra, Mirador, and other main spots. The staff at reception are also very helpful and friendly.
On the downside, the breakfast was disappointing. It’s mostly different types of carbs (bread, pastries, cereals) with just one protein option—the Spanish omelette. After three weeks of traveling, this was easily the weakest breakfast we’ve had. Definitely not worth paying extra for - better to grab something elsewhere.

The property was okay. It seems like it was remodeled recently. The room was spacious enough. The beds were hard but comfortable enough. The AC worked and would send the air to most of the room. The bathroom however smelled like sewer most of the day, the shower clogged whenever someone was showering and there was something to look like mold in a corner of the bathroom. The location was great. The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel continues to need some work.
We booked a room with parking. To get to the parking was very hard as there are a lot of one way streets and forbidden turns. We ended up turning around the city center for 25 min. When we left it was very difficult to figure out how to get out. The room we got initially (315) was very small and despite the hotel listing air conditioning on Expedia website the air conditioning was not working however we had a constant flow of warm air and no exterior window. There was a very strong smell of food and we assumed this was from the kitchen below. We complained and for our second night we were given a different room (311) which was much nicer, had exterior windows to get fresh air, no smell and no warm air through ventilation. It will be important to inform the customers about the parking situation (not on site, difficult access) provide information in how to get to the parking and how to get out and correct ventilation on room
315.
Had an amazing stay, felt safe as a female solo traveler. One of the staff members had some personal issues.. but the rest were super sweet the next day! Lovely place!
We had an issue with our first room and they immediately addressed this and gave us another room which was wonderful. Friendly helpful staff. Easy to walk to sights and restaurants.
The room was small, but bright and sunny with a comfortable bed. Quiet. Breakfast buffet was nice and well supplied. Close to all the tourist attractions and taxis.
