it was a beautiful stay with friendly staff, very good food buffet and a nice room (we had junior suite with sea view). The sea view was amazing! The pool is heated so it’s highly comfy all the time to be in. As we had just breakfast and dinner included, we bought some coffee or soft drinks at the bar for very fair rates, all in all a very good hotel!

Nice hotel for a short break

Perfect for a quick escape. It does say beach access but it’s just next to the beach, no dinners there or anything g and it’s not a private section. But food was good and the bar served good drinks.

We spent a very relaxable 9 days here. Staff are friendly, lots of different entertainment choices at the hotel and plenty of food options. Only downside is the wind. However they do have a room where you can have a shower and change before leaving to go to the airport if you need it after you have checked out.

Best balcony view ever 😍

I love this hotel for two things, taxi is €16 from airport and the balcony view is amazing. I hardly use the facilities as I use it as a base to explore the island and to relax. Stopped more than once and will definitely stay again ❤️

Well located for the airport and right on the coast. Hotel and food both ok to good but not amazing - but then you are not paying 5 star rates either. Location a bit removed for local options, trip pickups etc - fine if you want a quieter time but just be aware that trip options are a bit limited as a result as not everyone will pick you up. Also the hotel has a large central atrium which looks great, but can also make the rooms a bit noisy in the evening from downstairs activities - although it never went much after 11pm so never kept me awake

I really liked this hotel. The hotel is in a lovely location and is very posh. The food however was terrible. The food was not restaurant quality at all…catered to more mediterranean tastes but in a low quality manner. Food was too salty and just kind of weird for example one night they served hot dogs which i thought “finally something nice and simple not bad to mess up”…hot dogs tasted so disgusting and “mystery meat” like that it ruined our appetite for the whole day.

Just about okay but the hotel did not live up to the previous ratings. In fact, several regular guests expressed their disappointment. Especially both food and service quality of the buffet restaurant were below expectations. One out of only two elevators was out of service most of the time, and two little piles of floor dirt in the room remained untouched from before check-in throughout the stay. Pool area nice and calm.

The staff make this place. They are so accommodating and friendly. There are plenty of options at meal times and always free tables for the help yourself buffet, which, unfortunately some people help themselves to just a little too much! The all inclusive drinks are fairly standard but the cocktails taste like bad fortified wine so I would avoid. If you like evening entertainment then you will not be disappointed. If you don’t, there’s nowhere to escape except your room with a set of ear plugs. The TV only has Sky News but plenty of channels in German as well as Spanish. So take your own entertainment. Around the pool it can be windy, but it’s warm in March. There are the obligatory pool aerobics to avoid but they’re not too pushy. The Spa is tired but a nice quiet break away from others. The staff make up for any of the downsides to this place though.

Very nice hotel. I enjoyed the fact it was out of the way of the clubs and bars etc. it's a quiet area and the nearest town is a 20 mins walk. All the amenities were provided. Bed was comfortable, AC was available. Nice view of the sea and all the kite surfers. Check in was easy. Lots of food choices available for breakfast lunch and dinner. Check out was easy and at midday, you have the option to keep the room on for the day at €40 if you so wish too and you can still use the hotel facilities until you leave. Night entertainment provided by the hotel was fun, different every night. Swimming pool was nice. Plenty of sun loungers and a pool bar. There is a supermarket next door and ATM. There is parking in front of the hotel. But be aware, everyone local uses it also to go to the beach. I would definitely visit this hotel again.

Predominantly fab - few small improvements needed

Loads of really great things about this hotel - 24 hour desk, lovely pool, immediate access to beach through front and rear of hotel, proximity to airport, free parking, fridge in room, quick to fix any issues. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast and rooms lovely and spacious, pretty modern with gorgeous balcony. The only things that let it down were small things like lack of toiletries provided (not even soap). Small time window for changing towels which can sometimes be a bit inconvenient, we were on the 5th floor so amazing view but noise from the treadmills at the gym on the 6th floor. It’s one of those hotels with entertainment provided in the evening which wasn’t our cup of tea and they invited musicians to play in the lobby which does go all around the hotel so you can’t really escape the noise which went on until around 10.30pm sometimes. Also they charge for pool table (1 euro per game) and use of the room safe (3 euros per day) I feel it’s unacceptable to have to pay to keep your valuables safe ok holiday given what we paid for the room.

Decent all inclusive hotel near airport

Pros: near airport, clean, spacious, all-inclusive option, near/Beach view, spa available, adults only Cons: somewhat secluded, food average buffet, limited drink options, not sound proofed, needs some updating in certain areas 8/10 Hotel was clean and room was spacious with large deck overlooking beach/sea. It had a sitting area and two twin beds. Unfortunately, being on the first floor you could hear patrons in the dinning area and entertainment spaces. Buffet food was average, but limited on vegetarian selection with similar items. Also, I did get sick the last day, but uncertain if from the food or something else. Unfortunately only one restaurant available that was included, could get 20% off at other restaurant. Drinks were okay, but no local beer included and certain drinks also cost extra. Did appreciate reusable cup system at pool. Pool area was very nice and plenty of sitting, however felt hours too short 9 to 6pm. Also, due to winds had plastic/glass wall, which obstructed view of the ocean as wasn’t easy to see through (needed upkeep/cleaning). There was a walk way in front, but no place to sit. Beach area was adjacent and public, no chairs or loungers available. Spa needs some updating. Sauna bench had large splinters. Several items not working or pieces broken/missing. Would have liked some directions on spa process. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Appreciated nearby store, water was very affordable here. Hotel not near a lot.

The hotel is located near the airport, and the taxi fare from the airport is around 16€. Nice hiking possibilities and the town is charming. The room was nice size. Unfortunately, the Expedia VIP upgrade was denied due to the hotel being fully booked, which was understandable due to the holiday season. Now, onto the awful stuff. The room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom was littered with hairs from previous guests. The toothbrush glasses were really filthy. I don’t understand why the cleaner visited daily if no cleaning was happening. Countertops or floors were not wiped. All the stains and dirt remained even after the cleaner's visit. The room was very noisy (pack earplugs if you are a light sleeper). The spa was a joke. I had a booking, but there was no one at the reception at the time. Luckily, a friendly lifeguard from the pool provided me with a towel and locker key. I was really looking forward to the sauna shown in the pictures, but it turned out to be a stock photo and not the actual sauna. The real sauna had crumbling wooden seats and lacked a water bucket to throw water on the stones. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and ants or termites were running all over. The fine dining restaurant had friendly staff.

I really recommend this hotel, from the food to the cleanliness of the rooms to the kindness of all the staff, this hotel is one you’ll feel super relaxed and comfortable. You also have to check out the spa and treat yourself to a massage, I’ve come back to London feeling like it was definitely worth every penny. The views to the beachfront and the beautiful sea were just breath taking. I will come back one day.
