와이파이가 로비에서만 사용하는게 불편했어요 이불상태는 이곳이 제일 깨끗했어요 다른곳에서 자보니 잠자리는 이곳이 그립네요 시설들은 낡았어요 고장난 것들도 많구요 그런데 생활하는데 불편함은 없어요

Sono stata in questa struttura nel 2012/13 e la gestione era ottima. Il manager di allora era organizzato e disponibile e tutti i servizi funzionavano. Ora gennaio/febbraio 2024, la struttura necessita di manutenzione e il personale, in particolare il manager è inadeguato su ogni aspetto di ospitalità.

Lieu sale, sable et poussière mais le comble punaises de lit sur la tête de lit qui nous ont piqués à plusieurs reprises et nous obligeant à quitter les lieux à 22h pour trouver un autre hôtel en urgence. Le gérant n’a rien voulu entendre le lendemain malgré nos piqûres et constat. Pour lui pas de problème tout est nickel …

Nous regrettons que dans ce cas nous n'acceptons pas que nous ayons des punaises de lit dans nos chambres car nous effectuons régulièrement des nettoyages sanitaires par des Professionnels.Merci pour votre compréhension

We stayed at the appartement style accommodation for 15 nights and we know the location well as we lived there - here is some recommendations before you decide to book there: Internet is only available from the lobby For the whole stay TV was not functioning When we mentioned to the staff about the issues the service started to be lacking. Missing towels for the bathroom - cuttlery washed negligently - bed sheets exchange not as usual. Above all difficult to sleep on Saturdays as the nightclub nearby was too noisy until 2am.

便利な場所です
全体として満足いく滞在でした。パブリックビーチやマーケットに近くとても良い立地です。キッチンの設備や調理器具、調理道具や食器が充実します。部屋は綺麗でしたが、シャワールームに砂が残っていました。レイトチェックアウトも出来て、出発日もゆっくりビーチを楽しむことができました。

Tout le personnel est serviable et très gentil, Le seul souci c’est qu’il y a une boite de nuit très proche et tous les jeunes Mauriciens viennent s’amuser et donc pour les moins jeunes c’est dérangeant ! Sinon propreté entretien et la proximité de tous loisirs ! J’ai adoré !

Very comfortable and easy making reservations with the manager Ram. They need a good sign out on the road for the suites. Supermarket next door handy if you wanted to eat in as there is a decent kitchen and balcony in each suite.

Tout le personnel d’une bienveillance comme il en existe de moins en moins en France… un accueil chaleureux qui s’est poursuivi durant nos 3 semaines au sein du GBS ! Le logement, les parties communes et la piscine sont tout comme sur les photos, superbes ! Le aussi c’est les conseils et les préparations pour des excursions en fonction de nos centres d’intérêts! Bref nous reviendrons certainement ici et c’est avec le « coeur gros » que nous avons quitté ce lieu et son personnel !

Hotel has a comfortable feel, nice pool, good location, all amenities and if they don't have they will get it for you. The staff was excellent and very accommodating.

Nice location if you want to be near the beaches in Grand Bay. Otherwise somewhat inconvenient if you want to visit other parts of the island. Nice to be next door to a supermarket and across the street from a football field, too. The manager went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable, even letting me relax in my room the final day until 5 pm, since my flight out was late in the evening! There was a bit of a bug problem - not unexpected in tropical climates, really. The place was not in the best of shape, but it suited my needs and was a good bargain.

Preis-Leistung war super. Das Apartment war größer als erwartet. Top war die tägliche Reinigung (hatten wir nicht erwartet). Der kleine Pool war völlig ausreichend und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß.

De accomodatie is goed. Als je niet verwacht dat ze naast de strand ligt (voor ons prima) Zwakke punten zijn WiFi (allen op terras en bij het zwembad - maar we waren verwittigd) en het arm aanbod op tv. Voor de rest zijn we tevreden.

Ce qui est bien ,le balcon qui donne sur la piscine,la grandeur de l' appartement,l'organisation des excursions,le service,la literie. Ce qui n'est pas bien ,le coin cuisine pas tres propre,un rafraîchissement de l' appartement serait bien,pas de wifi dans la chambre. Nous avions choisi cette reservation en fonction de la note qui pour nous n'est pas justifiee.

Does not reflect the marketing. Looks much better online. A/C didn’t work, sink was leaking, blinds were broken, lots of noise at night. Manager became fairly agitated when I informed him of these issues. We checked out 5 days early to avoid staying at this disappointing property.

We travelled with our young son and found GBS to be perfect for our needs. The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works very well. All of the staff were absolutely lovely & the daily housekeeping was always prompt and very thorough. We had a small issue with our shower which was fixed so quickly. Great location next to Supermarket 2000 with a little one. Would definitely stay here again

Very nice and relaxing stay
Very clean and nice hotel within walking distance to Grand Bay's centrum and it's great beaches. Very nice staff, always polite, happy and there for you. The hotel is very quiet with relaxing sounds of birds and the fountain. The apartmentneeds a refurbishment, but still was comfy with a great view of nature and pool. We enjoyed, thank you!

It is time Hotel.com do serious Quality Control
I trust and I have always believed that I do not need to question whether a hotel or accommodation suggested in your wedsite (Hotel.com) would be of any fraud of any sort. I arrived at Grand Bay Suites on the 12th January 2019 as planned. Note - I have never really given any negative feedback for the years I have used Hotel.com as my travelling guide to where I will be staying. To my horrors, all was fine until I was shown into my room. The room was not very clean to begin with, the smell of humid and dullness in the air, fine switching on the airconditioning would help, the worst came when I went into the bathroom. Excuse my words here but it was disgustingly dirty. The water outlet where you take a shower is black and you can see the thick layer that should be washed on a chromed surface. It was really bad. I was about to go to bed and the sheets were stained. I checked out the next morning as I felt disappointed as it was not a business trip but my own personal holiday after more than 15 years not taking one. The stars that represent the status of the hotels etc, do you ever check it yourself or you simply take the feedback given with no clue whether it was true or just plain simple, there is a feedback and it should suffice. I wanted to call and thought to myself, how can I as I had no real excess to wifi as it did not exist in the room and there was no tel and no real means of communication. It was pointless to get angry with the staff. Holiday ruined.

Dear Mr Roderick K TOH , Following your complain only one thing which we too find strange ,you check in at 21pm and left the next day at 14h12 and the only comment you made to the security during your check out is that your wife made you a surprise and booked a room at Club MED and not to worry for your unexpected departure, since everything has already been settled. How did we come across this information !!!.Anyway I believe what ever problem you may have come across there are different ways to solve it ,but definitely not the way you expressed yourself toward us. kind regards R Payen.

Very smooth transfer from the airport. Great pool, handy location nextdoor to supermarket and nearby to one of the nicer public beaches in the area. Apartment not very well equipped and leaky shower screen.

Very happy with our stay here, amazing location even if you don’t have a car. Local shops, staff very helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day, and the pool is very well maintained. I would definitely return
