AfrikLand : un hôtel éloigné des valeurs pro.
A notre arrivée, la réservation n'avait pas été validée a priori, contrairement à votre mail qui indiquait qu'elle était effective.
De plus, la piscine était hors service.
Nous avons précédé notre séjour par deux appels à la réception. En aucun moment il nous a été précisé que la réservation n'était pas encore validée et que la piscine était hors service.
Pour finir, nous n'avons pas pu discuter avec les responsables de l'hôtel AfrikLand : ils étaient apparemment en week-end !!!
