Hotel agréable et tres bon acceuil. Déco un peu girl, présence de nombreux ours en peluche qui est à l'image des propriétaires. Chambre et literie confortable.

Highly recommended if you not end up in room11
Room 11 Should not be classed as a room because there is no space to stand up straight. The shower was maximum 3 feet high and you had to sit in the bath tub even then my head touched the slanted roof. You have to be very careful where you went, you bashed your head against the roof beams. A very nice clean hotel if you take out room 11

Lovely hotel in small pretty village.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, we used the sauna & jacuzzi for which there was join extra charge. We were disappointed the restaurant and bar were not open during the time of our stay, however pizzeria next door was very good. Hotel has private parking at the rear.

Très bel établissement avec un personnel agréable et dévoué. Cependant, je suis déçu du petit déjeuner. Le pain proposé n'est pas à la hauteur. Pas suffisamment de produits régionaux comme les confitures et crêpes ou les brioches. Le restaurant est fermé le lundi soir mais il est possible de manger à la crêperie jouxtant l'hôtel. Crêperie pas mal mais sans plus...

Good hotel but restaurant closed.
We chose this hotel for its ease of access from the motorway and for its 3 casserole rating for the quality of its food. We'd requested a twin bedded room but were shown to a lovely with double bed. No problem, said the friendly patronne, just give me 10 mins. The twin bed room was fine, although not as luxurious and breakfast was excellent. Sadly, though, the restaurant was closed as we'd arrived on a Monday and few French logis provide evening meals on Sundays or Mondays except, perhaps, in high season. Although we were recommended a restaurant in Bain de Bretagne, it was some 15 kms back in our route so we contented ourselves with a light meal in the creperie/pizza place a couple of doors away. We'll revisit this hotel but next time will check first whether the restaurant is open.

Good hotel in pleasant town
This was an overnight stopover.The hotel is situated in the middle of a nice town.We did not eat at the restaurant as we had eaten at lunch time The staff were very pleasant and helpful.Very good breakfast buffet.The only downside was that the room was in the eves so in effect half the room was not useable.Other than that it was a good stay and I may well return for a longer stay and use the spa and the restaurant

Hôtel de qualité, approche commerciale médiocre
Séjour sans souci logistique. Mais groosière erreur commerciale de la part de l'hôtel, qui n'a pas correctement converti ma réservation malgré un appel téléphonique de ma part quelques semaines avant mon séjour. Qualité de service : désagréable, confirmée par le refus de traiter le problème au moment de régler la note, puis le geste commercial dérisoire qui a suivi (remise de 10€ sur le prochain séjour)

Lovely central hotel
Modern rooms in a sympathetically converted building in the town centre, Secure parking was great. The restaurant was excellent, delicious food beautifully presented. Even though we were late arriving and the restaurant was due to close at 9pm, it was kept open for us so we could shower and change after a long day travelling.

J'ai choisi cet hôtel une premiers fois il y a 6 ans et y suis retournée les 19 , 20 et 21 de ce mois car dans le secteur il n'y a pas grand choix !

Accueil déplorable, j'ai vraiment eu la sensation de déranger. Il y avait une seul personne pour l'accueil, le service au bar, le service au restaurant,... Du coup il ne faut pas s'attendre à beaucoup d'efficacité. Le tout sans un seul sourire... Cerise sur le gâteau, lhôtel facture la commission aux clients hôtels.com. Prix des chambres toute l'année 83€ payé 95 avec hôtels.com. Dommage. Les chambres sont plutôt spacieuse, seul problème un seul petit vasistas dans la mienne. Du coup, on se sent un enfermé! Déçu aussi par le restaurant, la carte fait rêver mais le résultats n'est pas à la hauteur.

Perfect stay
We arrived quite late and the guy in charge looked after us very well. Room was lovely, had good breakfast. We did not have dinner due to late arrival but will try it this time. We decided hotel stay was that good in June, that we have just changed from another hotel in a nearby town, to go back to hotel palis spa next week. Me are sure they will look after us just as well again. There is a nice little creperie next door too, and as we had arrived late, the hotel guy took us there and spoke to the owner and sorted for us to eat there, had a lovely galette and well earned beer after our drive. I would highly recommend this hotel

Enjoyable!!
I keep a very good memory of this hotel. The staff, ambiance and surroundings made my stay very comfortable. The WIFI is of good quality and the room are good sized. The staff and the food served are amazing!!

Hôtel bien situé en centre bourg. Accueil, chambre,déco agréables. Matelas un peu mou à mon goût. Par contre qu'est-ce que j'ai eu froid! Froid dans la salle de restaurant, froid dans la chambre malgré que j'ai monté la clim à 25(habituellement un 20-21 me suffit) il ne faisait pas plus de 19, et glacial dans la salle de bain et toilettes ( j'ai du mettre le sèche-serviette pour chauffer). Carillon de l'église en face dès 7h. Petit déjeuner varié et correct.

Great all round hotel
Used as a stop over on way through France. Brilliant hotel - room was large,clean, and very high spec. The free use of the jacuzzi and sauna are great additions. In a lovely village location, great little restaurant next door if you don't want to eat in the hotel and small bar for drinks just up the road. Private and secure parking always helpful. Brilliant all round hotel.

Envie d'y séjourner à nouveau quand je retournerai visiter des clients dans la région. Bon établissement où le cuisinier propose des plats qui changent des "classiques", ce qui est agréable pour ceux qui fréquentent beaucoup les hôtels pour raisons professionnelles

Fantastic!
We stayed at Les Palis twice during our recent French holiday as a convenient stop-over from the port of St Malo. We were extremely impressed with the whole hotel - excellent service, friendly staff, comfortable beds and modern facilities. The most impressive thing for us was the quality of the food. I'd definitely recommend having dinner at the hotel - it was first class, with amazing tastes and presentation. We talked about the steak for the whole holiday! Breakfast was also well-worth having as it was a buffet-style meal and everything was delicious. We can't recommend the hotel enough!
