"Bad experience! The only good parts: the woman who checked me in was kind and one housekeeping woman who gave my spouse an ice pack after I fell in the slippery tub. The man who handled my complaint asking for the bedding with holes to be changed, dirty floor needing to be vacuumed, and saying there weren't any ice packs on site was quick to blame the 'new housekeeper' who was "left on her own" (his words) to be at fault for the condition of the room. "The rooms were clean, comfortable bed, I enjoyed the surroundings of the hotel in walking distance. The ambiance in the bar area was great. The best part was the breakfast bar. Everything was fresh and delicious. All the hotel employees were so friendly and made sure you were OK. Definitely be back soon."

"It was good. The pool was a decent depth and the kids enjoyed it. The beds were not the best. Even my 7yrold complained about them. Also, the bathroom door was off and creaked really bad. Not to mention it was a shower stall and the shower head wasn’t adjustable so with them being so small, they hated the water in their face. Would have been nice to know that before booking the room.
