"The coffee pot in our room was broken. The bathroom sink drain was clogged until we poured hot coffee down it. I called front desk to ask for an extra pillow that we needed due to an injury, and she said “give us a few minutes”. 20 minutes later, I called again, and she said “we’ve got a lot going ..."
