“The main desk staff are clueless, couldn’t answer the basic of questions ! the room was old and a joke! Speaking of a joke the pool was just a tad bigger than blow up toy ! The lack of 4th July activities was also shameful. Other then that we checked out a day early to get out asap”

“There was one time that the maid did not clean our room. We tried our best to communicate our needs but it didn’t work out that well.”

“The staff were nice and helpful. However, the hotel is dated and the sofa rollout bed mattress had stains on it and was on need of replacement. They assigned us a room with a handicapped shower that we didn’t require or requested. I would have rather the room be reserved for someone who needed it. This was my first visit to a Best Western hotel and the only way I would stay to another Best Western hotel if it was a last resort. At best my rating for this hotel is a 2 rating.”

“Loved the pool area and lazy river on the seventh floor. Very relaxing. And the beds were comfortable. Would stay there again definitely.”

“The hotel room layout was excellent! Normally, it’s just one space but this was separated into a sleeping space, full kitchen and living room with doors that closed between rooms. We have been to Myrtle Beach a lot and this was the best hotel we’ve stayed in.”

We were not able to use the pool during our 4 day stay because there was no chairs open at any time. Very overcrowded at all times. Seems like people from outside the hotel were using the facility on a daily basis in addition to the paying guests. This was a big let down. “My family spent this vacation here in Myrtle Beach.The room was a little small, but there was no great inconvenience in using it.The water park was very good and the other swimming pool in the Outside was good.During our 4days stay, Housekeeper never cleaned the floor of our room, and she couldn't even fill the towel, shampoo, and rinse. Except for this, it was very good.”

“The room was okay but a lot smaller than I thought it’d be. I was on the second floor beach side and apparently housekeeping keeps all of there cleaning supplies and dirty carts all day directly in front of all of our doors. Seemed a bit odd and was definitely a sore sight to see when returning to our door. The beds were okay, one soft and one firm. Missing floor board in bathroom. Shower head was great. Checkout was easy. Beach access was as convenient as it gets For the price it’s not bad but...

“The resort itself is beautiful. If you’re going to charge $1600 for a condo, I would think it would be a lot cleaner. We found dirty panties right next to the bed, the refrigerator had old food all over it, pots and pans were dirty, no extra towels, no pillows for the pull out couch; just wished the room was a little cleaner. Besides that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with what they could offer. Bar good drinks , nice prices and the entertainment by the pool was fun.”
