"The hotel lobby and room was very clean. Room was very spacious with a king bed and love seat and chair with table. Bathroom was also very nice and had a lot of room. Free breakfast was the usual and was ok. Hotel seemed new or updated."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! Great little apartment with everything we needed. Nice alternative to a traditional hotel."

"We had traveled overnight and had called the evening before and inquired about the possibility of an early morning check in and was told that would be available. we arrived at 6:30 in the morning with 2 rooms booked for 2 nights, we were told at first they didn’t have any available rooms to accommodate, then we were told that they had a room but it was a suite, we agreed that this would be fine and were willing to pay the extra for it, then we were told that the room would not available but had a room with 2 queen beds but the shower was broken, we agreed that would be fine until other rooms became available. We just wanted to get our toddler out and into a room, we got the room and we were told they would have our rooms ready as soon as 11 , our 1 room was finally available at 2 and we never did get offered a new 2 room, thankfully the shower in our opinion was fine . Major confusion on the night attendant as to what she should do and gave the impression that we were trying to tell her lies about calling and checking on availability and what we would have to pay. In the end everything worked out but a little disappointed at our stay and customer service"

"The room was convenient on first floor with accessible shower. The shampoo, body wash, and lotion dispensers helpful. The breakfast food had wide variety, delicious, and hot. The staff were very friendly and helpful to meet our needs. The location was near shopping areas and Italian restaurant on the premises was so convenient."

"Clean room, nice bed, very quiet at night. Decent free breakfast. The pool water was a great temp, but the pool showed significant signs of wear. Steps away from a reataurant. Overall a great value"

"The breakfast was lacking, espec fresh fruit and non-sugary stuff. Had plain bread and muffins, but no English muffins or bagels. No cream cheese. Sugar-free syrup would be a nice touch. No glasses provided for the juices."
Tru By Hilton Lincoln East

"The room was small but adequate. Clean facilities, great breakfast, pleasant staff. This is our new place to stay when we are in Lincoln"
New Victorian Suites
8/10 Good
"My stay at New Victorian Suites were very comfortable. The room was clean (I give 4 outvof 5) and quite roomy, though i was surprised that they didn't have coffee and coffee maker in the room as their amenities. The hotel staff were helpful and welcoming. The fitness room didn't have a treadmill. Breakfast was clean and very basic and lacking (no eggs, or any meat). But biscuit with gravy was decent."
