I stayed at the hotel for over two weeks and was satisfied, but ultimately, I was deeply shocked by the worst experience I've ever had, and the lack of ethics and integrity among American hotel staff. How can a customer search a bag they accidentally left behind? I wanted to report it to the police, but my next appointment was so tight that I didn't have time to report it or complain about losing my money. I was a foreigner, my next appointment was urgent, and I was so angry. I'll never forget the face of the employee who kept repeating, "I don't know.""
