“Double room was extremely small, difficult for two people to stand in the bathroom at the same time. Only one of the windows opened and when it was open there was a strong smell of Indian food being cooked which sullied all our clothing. It was shabby to say the least.”

“Anna and Ian were fantastic hosts. Nothing absolutely Nothing was too much for them. Breakfast continental was gorgeous. Those homemade oatcakes we're so tasty!. The whole house is like a beautiful museum. So many quirky bits and Bob's. The room a spacious amazingly quiet at night for a great night's sleep in such a comfortable bed. If we're ever in Lincoln, this is the place to go again. Many thanks”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. NOT WORTH IT. The staff literally was not there, only available through a hard to hear phone call. My room smelled like weed and cigarettes and there was a dirty sock on smoke detector. My throat hurt after staying for 30min. The walls are paper thin and the parking is atrocious. Parking was like playing jenga with your car. They rejected my refund under their predatory policy and they gave me the run around for 2 days. Horrible service.”
