“There are no useful amenities and the ones advertised aren’t really: the bar is a desk that never seems to be open no draft beer etc. the swimming pool was locked up with a comdnation lock that we were not given the code to on arrival and the nearest pub is 30 minutes away over fields however it was a very nice pub to eat & drink. When we arrived there was no one there and the door to the reception was not opened until 16:00 on the dot by the receptionist who was in there all along.”

“Clean room, easy directions about location and getting into the room. Visible staff presence. Excellent choice at breakfast. Good place to stay for weekend in Exeter.”

“The hotel isn't sound proof at all. It's a hotel made out of a large house. While i was staying, it sounded like the guys next door were in my room because i could hear their every step and chat and felt really insecure because of that. The bathroom and toilet are shared which i didn't expect at all. At least they are kept clean and there's daily cleaning service. The room had a basin. There was no shower gaun though towels were provided. They had good heating on.”

“Rummet luktade unket och illa när vi kom dit och trots att vi hade fönstren öppna hela tiden så blev det obetydligt bättre. Wifi var också klent. Positivt var att boendet låg nära centrum.”

“I liked the location very much, the hostel was pretty neat and the host kindly treated me. If you visit Inverness again, I will use this place next time.”

“It was a lovely sized room in house. I loved the flowers outside the window. The lounge/diner was a lovely space with great amenities. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help or share their knowledge. Public transport was excellent into the city centre and to Portobello. There were also local shops within easy walking distance. The area felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.”

“Room was spacious and clean. Shower cubicle was a little awkward to get in and out of. Would have been easier if it opened from the other side. Plenty of clean fluffy towels. Nice toiletries”
