“This is a rudimentary, but clean and safe accommodation in a desirable part of Edinburgh. It is not for those who have any kind of mobility impairment, as I had to drag my luggage up 3 flights of stairs. It is a bit careworn, especially the shared bath. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see a good view of Arthur’s Seat from my window.”

“Room was clean, comfy and unique. Nice touch with tea, coffee facilities, and a decanter with spirits in to help yourself. Unfortunately our coffee machine didn't pierce the pod so got a cup of hot water. Was going for breakfast anyway so wasn't a great problem. Enjoyed a nice cup of tea on arrival. The floor level of shower corners could do with a better clean of the grout area or re grouting. Rest of bathroom was great.”

“The hotel isn't sound proof at all. It's a hotel made out of a large house. While i was staying, it sounded like the guys next door were in my room because i could hear their every step and chat and felt really insecure because of that. The bathroom and toilet are shared which i didn't expect at all. At least they are kept clean and there's daily cleaning service. The room had a basin. There was no shower gaun though towels were provided. They had good heating on.”
