“Good location ”

“This is a capsule hotel. It is good for 2-3days and the big luggage must be in a storage room. For me, I paid £16(for 24 hours) for 23kg big luggage bag. It is a new hotel.”

“It was outstanding place to go around london and outskirt of london!”

I ordered room service using the menu provided in the room. However, after waiting for more than an hour, I received no update at all. I called several times, but no one...

“Front desk, door man, and concierge were wonderful. Staff in the bar area were very unfriendly to us. Always had to flag someone down to place an order. The singer was amazing.”

“Although London is known for being an expensive city to stay in, this hotel was extremely disappointing for the price. The overall experience fell far below expectations. The room was outdated and poorly maintained, cleanliness was lacking, and the facilities did not justify the high nightly rate. The level of comfort and service was not what I would expect from a hotel at this price point. I understand that accommodation in London is expensive, but paying a premium should still come with a...
