“This is a capsule hotel. It is good for 2-3days and the big luggage must be in a storage room. For me, I paid £16(for 24 hours) for 23kg big luggage bag. It is a new hotel.”

“I stayed there from September 27th to 29th with two friends, and it was GREAT! :) The staff were extremely friendly and available 24/7. You could ask them for anything you needed. Breakfast included eggs and bacon, bread with two types of jam, coffee, juice, and, if you wanted, cereal with milk. Everything you needed to start the day with energy! All the bathrooms in the house were very clean and smelled lovely, and the rooms were clean as well. In my room, we even had a little sink for...

“I stayed at Moxy London Piccadilly Circus for 5 nights and 6 days, from May 17th to May 23rd, 2026. On May 21st, I was trapped in the hotel elevator for about two and a half hours, from 4 PM to 6:30 PM. This terrifying incident left me mentally exhausted and completely ruined my business trip schedule. A total of four colleagues, including myself, were confined during that time. As a former Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member, I have never experienced such an unsafe incident. What is even worse is...

“It was outstanding place to go around london and outskirt of london!”

I ordered room service using the menu provided in the room. However, after waiting for more than an hour, I received no update at all. I called several times, but no one...
