“The place goes by a different name so went passed it at first (spikes lodge) the man that met us at the reception we nice enough gave us a quick run down of things to no. .pros and cons. Cons : they do not serve food here now which was not advertised , so turned up hungry and nothing to eat was told there was a pub down the road Queens head ,which was nice food and the portions are big. The worst sleep I have ever had the bed was so hard (even the pillows ... All of them)I am still in pain ,...

“A very old flat, like the others around, quite historical really, which has been modernised to a reasonable standard. All clean plus it had all the equipment needed, even an iron and drying rack. Disadvantage is the steep 20 concrete steps leading up to it.”

“This hotel looks NOTHING like the photos!! The phone number on the sign outside is disconnected. There is NO AC. The manager Rony, doesn’t care if Expedia overbooks he will tell you good luck finding another place it’s not his fault. DO NOT BOOK!!!! ”
