“This is probably one of the cleanest places i have ever stayed, it was spotless, our room was stunning, so many little added touches, really comfy bed an pillows, the only thing that lets it down i think maybe because of the age of the property is the very thin walls and floor, but ear plugs are provided which is great in case you are sensitive to noise”

“Do NOT book this property. ​ We booked a stay at Spencer Bridge By AFL for July 25–26, expecting a smooth experience. Instead, we were left stranded with zero advance notice. ​The host cancelled/refused our accommodation on the very day of check-in without giving us prior warning. “The single en-suite room was very small, and a little tired-looking, but perfectly adequate for a one-night stopover. The chinese take-away a few doors down was convenient and very good. The full breakfast was amazing!”

“Fawlty towers but beds were comfortable and great selection at breakfast. 2nd Sunday of the month we caught live music sessions in the garden , which was lovely. I liked the quirkiness.”
