"Location is key to many traditional landmarks and that made it very easy to walk to most of the places we wanted (Big Ben, London Tower, London Bridge, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Burroughs Market and more! China town, SOHO and Covent Gardens very close with so much to offer. Room was small, bathroom decent size. Not really anywhere to place luggage except under the bed."
"Great location! The hotel room was efficient and spotlessly clean. However, the espresso/coffee maker had no instructions, operated poorly and overflowed a small demitasse cup due to a large cup not fitting under the spout.
One of three elevators stopped working the second day into our 4 day stay which created long queue lines during breakfast and checkout time. There was a good assortment of continental breakfast items but the hot items were lukewarm and the multi-function espresso/coffee...
