I arrived from LAX and my flight was delayed so 18 hours of travel. I was exhausted and miserable when I arrived. The lovely lady behind the desk offered sympathy and a clean room a bit early. I stayed a week as I was off to a Greek room and this is one of the two hotels I choose. I like the Garden in front and proximity to Earls Court underground. But the room has good coffee, always clean and the staff warm and compassionate!

The view from our room ( 1010 ) was incredible. The room was unbelievably clean as was the bathroom. A credit to the hotel and it's staff. The breakfast across the road you was just spoilt for choice with fresh fruit or your typical English fry up. A delightful stay to which I would recommend to anyone ❤️

So no food on arrival as restaurant closed. What was on offer was simply way below 3 stars not 4

An extraordinary stay. Quiet luxury, timeless elegance, impeccable service. MO Hyde Park went above and beyond to make our stay an unique experience and made my birthday memorable; an upgrade to the Hyde Park Suite was truly a special and delightful treat. The birthday dessert and drinks awaiting us in our suite put a smile on my face! Thanks to Leonardo and Francesca for exceeding all of our expectations.

Lovely hotel I have previously stayed in. Fantastic location in Whitehall. Stayed for a Saturday night in September 26. I payed £330 for one night and this is a genuine review of my stay in standard garden view room. General impression of hotel it felt tired and in need of refresh. Look up, down at most finishes and you see scuffs, marks and unnecessary cleaning oversights. The main entrance doors off the street are the first sign of the overall standard. The standard of the lifts are the second standard and then you know what to expect in your room and guess, exactly the same. A truly fantastic standard garden room with lovely views over garden and river, totally let down by a lack of adequate maintenance and cleaning. Beautiful French doors that just looked so grubby, carpets that clearly needed deep cleaning and fixed furniture that was badly marked. Bathroom was not any better, a feeling of not as clean as it should be, particularly the tile grouting, seals and shower enclosure which felt grubby and in need of maintenance. General ambience of room was impacted by unpleasant smell coming through air conditioning unit which was due to the filters had not been cleaned, this was even clearly visible on the ac control panel in room. I tried to rectify this by turning the ac off, but that made the smell unbearable. On returning on the Saturday evening I was surprised to find the main bar was closed which was also disappointing. Key positive note bed was comfortable and clean.
