"Be clear that this is a budget hotel with TINY rooms, like barely able to get your suitcase in. It’s clean, modern and nicely located but I think the pictures are misleading about how small the rooms are. Each bed only had one pillow, so the amenities are scaled down as well. The only other thing we didn’t love was the touch screen for the lighting, we didn’t figure out the ambient lights were on the first night or how to turn them off which was inconvenient, but we got them off the second night. It’s relatively clean but the hallway smelled like urine the second night"

"Very limited breakfast which was not replenished very often. Staff member at entrance desk to breakfast was not very welcoming, explained everything to guests in front of me but just took my room number and said nothing further. Would have been helpful to get an overview of where to sit, where the buffet etc was "

"The Miiro Templeton Garden Hotel is beautifully designed, the public rooms as well as individual rooms. It is comfortable & serene, with a wonderful garden in the rear with places for sitting & reading or eating outdoors. The room decor has a sense of calm: headboards in moss green with simple matte wood edging that echoes the wood furniture. I loved that our room, 102, had a partial wall that created a separate seating area with a view of the garden. The "Continental Breakfast" included in our room rate had diverse offerings (yoghurt, salmon, avocado, granola, eggs, juices, etc.) and should satisfy any palate & I truly appreciated the perfect strong coffee. The breakfast staff were helpful & service prompt. We enjoyed the wide expertise of the bar manager, Max, when selecting some evening drinks during two nights of our stay. Desk & housekeeping staff & management were responsive when some issues arose, and they clearly care care about the comfort of guests. This is absolutely one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in & hope to return."

"The double bed room assigned was smaller than I expected. I guess I could have made a mistake by not using a queen size room. The sink was a little bit clogged so water didn’t run through quickly so I had to wait in between usage. Toilet paper roll always jumped off from the rack, which was annoying."

"Lovely property in a beautiful area.And close to a subway (underground) station as well as a large grocery store. There is a train line that runs behind the hotel but I never heard any trains go by. They have a laundry room with approximately 12 machines (6 washers, 6 dryers) There was a hiccup when I checked in (IT issue) but the staff managed to make the best of the situation until the issue was resolved."

"L'hôtel est facilement accessible depuis la gare San Pancras et le quartier est chouette avec beaucoup de pubs et même un excellent restaurant thailandais vegan. L'hôtel ne propose pas de breakfast mais des boissons gratuites et une terrasse pour grignoter au calme des achats locaux."

"The staff was so delightful, the atmosphere at the drey was wonderful. it’s Beautiful. the bedrooms are small but I knew of that before booking so that was no surprise. Id like to add the floors in the rooms could’ve been vacuumed better. But overall I extremely enjoyed my stay at The Drey. I would 100% recommend to stay at the drey!"
