“Steps away from the West Brompton tube station / District Line that easily takes us to the heart of London attractions. Excellent service, they stored our luggage for free before and after check-in. We learned from the staff we can pre-book early check-in for a fee, we will do that next time. Breakfast selection is great for the price. Enjoyed our stay. “This hotel service and style was superb! We stayed at 6 hotels throughout this trip and this hotel was my favorite. It had the best customer service and food. The back patio garden was serene. The room was comfortable but very cozy. Two people in a Superior room is tight- especially with the small bathroom size. I recommend opting for a larger room. Hope to stay here again!”
“We were staying in London for 5 days and finding a place to stay is a daunting task. City Prime was a great choice. It is located outside the hustle busy of central London in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located close to the Earl's Court tube station. You can get everywhere you need to go from there. Having a kitchen with a washer/dryer was a plus for an extended stay. Karim was friendly and helpful during our entire stay. Highly recommend.”
“Third time this year for this hotel. This time for two weeks with my husband. He did not like our room, nothing to do with the room, rather he did not like an open plan. room. Lovely person, Molka, went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room. The second member of staff who always make my stay better was Shokh. He could not do enough to make us feel welcomed. 호텔직원도 친절했고 방은 좀 작긴했지만 원래 런던 호텔이 좁아서 감수할만 했어요
히터가 있어서 꽤 따뜻하게 보냈고 엄청 깨끗했어요

“I stayed in this hotel for 4 days and I liked this hotel very much. firstly, room is small but very very clean and organized. Free wifi was also fast and useful. The location is clean and convenient to go anywhere (5 min walking distance to south Kensington station). A bottle of water is served every day and we had tea time using that water. No refrigerator. All the staff members were kind.”
"생각보다 방이 작고 낡아서 놀랐지만 침구가 너무 편하고 포근해서 내내 잘잤습니다 세면도구가 있다고 기재되어 있는데 없는 점 정정 필요하고 티비가 구형이라 미러링이 안되는 점도 불편했습니다 온수 잘나오고 수압 세고 화장실은 넓어서 편했어요 룸 조명은 좀 어둡습니다 아침식사는 야채가 한가지밖에 없는점 말고는 매일 신선하고 따뜻한 영국식 아침식사를 할수 있어 든든했어요 체크아웃 무료 연장은 보통 호텔들 여력이 되면 몇시간 정도는 서비스로 해주는데 이곳은 한시간만 가능하고 이후에는 추가요금 지불해야 합니다 마지막으로 위치가 너무 좋아서 어디든 편하게 다녔고 부촌지역이라 안전합니다 "
"호텔 자체는 매우 오래되었으나 내부 인테리어를 새로하여 나름 깨끗합니다. 화장실도 넓은 편입니다. 다만 방 자체가 매우 좁고 2명이 이용하는데 수건을 겨우 2장줍니다. 하루에 두장도 아니고 이틀에 두장이요! 5일정도 있었는데 청소를 2틀에 한번꼴로 해주고 그나마도 대충해서 많이 아쉽습니다"
