โWe had a wonderful time staying at Hux Hotel, starting for the nice surprise of our room being upgraded. A member of staff was also ready to help with our luggage.
The room was comfortable and clean, loved the decoration, the views and the amenities.
There is a discretionary service charge of 5%, in my opinion totally worth it.โ

โIt was amazing staying at Sonder. The room was very clean. Even though my room was on the basement level, it was surprisingly well-ventilated and felt quite comfortable. The location was perfectโbeing close to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park made morning walks delightful. The breakfast was excellent, and I also loved how convenient it was to have a bustling area nearby. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit to London!โ
โWhat a terrific hotel - rooms were great and staff was incredibly helpful and patient. Perfect location as well - not too crowded, not too sparse - lots of stuff within walking distance. Will stay there again next time Iโm in London.โ
โWas a great stay after attending Festival at Hyde park. Comfortable beds and a good nights sleep. Good amenities and bottles of water was available in the room. โ
"I wonder how the hotel got 4 stars because a 2 star hotel I stayed near the King's Cross was way better in terms of service, appliance, cleanness, etc. The male receptionist on the day I checked in was horribly rude, the room itself is wornout. Overall stay was convenient though. House keeping was exceptional. "
