"Small apt., which was perfect for me. Everything was clean. There was a floor fan which was badly needed, given the summer heat. And the tube stations were close by. All perfect."
"We stayed for 4 nights and felt very welcome here. The staff are very friendly and really take care of you. It’s clean, very close to Paddington Ststion and you have a lot of restaurants to choose from. "

"Loved this hotel - soon to become a favourite in London.
It’s close to Paddington so easy to get the Heathrow express.
Lovely spacious room with a kitchen.
Lots of activities (like movie nights and yoga) if you feel like meeting up with people and being social. Friendly backpacker type vibe but more luxury and elegance.
There’s even a laundry with free washing machines and dryers - even the detergent was free.
Only downside was that the pool and spa were closed for maintenance and that was something I really wanted to use after long haul flights."
"The location is great, walking distance to Paddington train/tube station and is surrounded by different dining options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is nice with good A/C just that a little dirt on the duvet and in bathroom; shower can be a bit stronger. "
"No lift but the staffs are all kind, they carried my luggages to/from my room.
AC is optional but £10 per day is acceptable for me.
The shower room is so narrow but clean.
USB charging ports (type A and C) are available, that was great."
"Sikander (manager at the reception) is a true blessing . He helps you like there wasn’t any issue to begin with. The overall trip was made so much easier by him, Kainat and Ayesha. These people and the overall systems of Premier inn as a chain helped make our stay truly memorable comfortable and refreshing. Scarved Bengali lady at the breakfast was also a gem. "
