The desk staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The afternoon wait staff woman in the Hyde was unpleasant and provided poor service. I did not read carefully enough regarding breakfast. It is available but at a cost and you must notify the staff that you would like breakfast the night before breakfast. The outdoor garden area did not appear to be available for use during our stay. The bath in our room was down 2 steps from the level of the room. The room (except for steps to the bath) and front desk staff were lovely but the price was high. We would not stay again.

This hotel is a fabulous little gem just 5-minute’s walk from both Paddington Station and beautiful Hyde Park. Excellent location. The rooms are elegant and charming. Staff is super friendly and personally attentive to our every need. We LOVED this hotel and will most certainly go back the next time we’re in London.

The staff at Roseate House were all very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable and stress free. The whole ambience was far from that of a large corporate and impersonal hotel. Can’t wait to return!

If you need to be near Paddington Station, this is the place to stay! We have stayed in several in this area and the Roseate is my favorite. It's always an adjustment to come from the US to hotels without AC but apart from that our stay here was fabulous!

Short overnight stay with family, loved the classy everything of this best of British hotel, including an afternoon G&T in the bar and four-poster that you had to climb up to. Lots nearby and easy walk from Paddington station, even with suitcase.

This was my second stay, and it did not disappoint. My room was very comfortable- the bed was great and shower pressure was very good. It is conveniently located to Paddington Station, and a lovely walk through Hyde Park got me to the Kensington area, which I love! I’ll be back in a few weeks for a one night stay. Great hotel.
