The mitre hotel is located an easy walk from paddington station. The hotel staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel offers a large sitting area off the lobby, a bar and a proper English breakfast in the morning. Our room was clean and comfortable. The room was small but we didn't go to london to sit in the room so it worked for us. Lots of restaurant options nearby. We had a great 9 day stay.

Everything about the Mitre House is outstanding. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The room is very comfortable, clean, and quite serviceable. The breakfasts are out of this world good--table service, full English. The location is ideal for those of us who are there to see London, only a block from Paddington station which is a major transportation hub and stop along the Heathrow Express.
