We loved this hotel! It's within walking distance from Paddington Station and in a quiet area of London. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the servers, most courteous. We didn't make use of the bar because it smelled a bit musty and was empty. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Mitre House Hotel!

Well, the staff were very accommodating and the location is excellent. No fault of the establishment, just be aware that depending on the weather there is no A/C available. The mitre hotel is located an easy walk from paddington station. The hotel staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel offers a large sitting area off the lobby, a bar and a proper English breakfast in the morning. Our room was clean and comfortable. The room was small but we didn't go to london to sit in the room so it worked for us. Lots of restaurant options nearby. We had a great 9 day stay.

The location of this hotel is great. It is very close to Paddington Station which means and easy way to get anywhere. For example, it was 30 minutes from Heathrow Airport. The room was quiet and clean. My only complaint, no airconditioning and we had record highs of 30+ degrees (over 90F). The breakfast was a proper English one, no powdered eggs here. The staff was excellent, very nice and helpful
