Clean room, great pool and sauna, fantastic breakfast with lots of choices, helpful and attentive staff. Honestly good value for the money and a quick stroll to the train station, and short walk to Kensington gardens. Lots of places near the hotel to eat or shop at if you don't feel like walking far. FYI:My taxi couldn't initially figure out how to drop me near door since blocked off, but when he rang the bell it was easy to drive up and drop off.

Very comfortable room & Friendly attentive staff. Lots of places to eat and drink within 2 minutes walk of the hotel. Excellent location for paddington (about 8 minute walk) Easy access to underground.

Pros: Great breakfast, helpful staff, convenient location to Paddington station
Cons: Room was very hot and AC/fan did not work. The fix was a tower fan which was nice gesture, but ineffective and still left us uncomfortable at night. The pool and spa was nice, but at capacity at times, so we could not enjoy it.
