"It was one of many visits to the Strand and Covent Garden, and the hotel always is a great consistent standard. The staff are always helpful, the room excellent and the breakfast great. It was busy but there are other times people can go to breakfast than between 9am and 9:30am. "

"GREAT PLACE TO STAY, WONDERFUL LOCATION WITH LOTS OF SHOPS, PUBS AND RESTAURANTS NEARBY AND PADDINGTON STATION LESS THAN A 5 MINUTE WALK .MUSEUMS AND OTHER ATTRACTIONS ARE ALSO NEARBY. THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND BREAKFAST IS FANTASTIC, HALI AND THE REST OF THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND CANT DO ENOUGH TO HELP, WILL CERTAINLY GO BACK NEXT TIME WE ARE IN LONDON ,HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"

"The beautiful Hyde park is directly across the street. The park is fun for kids, dogs and adults. There is also a lake in Hyde Park that rents row boats and paddle boats. We rented an Automatic paddle boat so that we could sit back and enjoy the gorgeous nature and watch the swans, ducks, horses and dogs from the middle of the lake. Breathtaking. "

"Modern refurbished room with metal panelled walls. Even a double was small, with limited space around bed side Bathroom looks like a cruise liner prefabricated pod design, but was adequate..!! Bed comfortable. Only one plug in entire room, nowhere near the bed. Shower water ran alternately freezing, and dangerously scalding hot..🔥 Good selection on breakfasts included. Very convenient to five underground lines Many local restaurants and pubs.."

"Good location a few minutes walk from Paddington station. The staff were great, very welcoming and friendly. Our room was quite small and even though i had paid extra for a room with a window it was a tiny little slit in one angled corner of the room, so the room was exceptionally dark. Lighting in the bathroom is incredibly bright, no option for a dimmer setting/night time lighting, like some other hotels like this such as premier inn hubs. Sockets on only one side of the bed which is a negative when two people are staying and want to charge phones etc"

"Room was clean, a bit noisy due to older thinner wall, but bed was very comfy. Very close to paddington station and more places to eat nearby than could shake a stick at. Was a female on my own and felt very safe."
