Royal Lancaster London
The room was very clean and the heater/air worked well. I like the motion sensor night light and the electric curtains. The lady that checked us in was very nice. The only two complaints I had were that the bed was very hard and hurt my back. Also, the breakfast buffet was nice but I feel a bit pricey. ...
