“The location of the property was the only thing that appeared to be valid. The room itself did not match any of the pictures. The view was definitely not of anything you could see outside. There was a courtyard as part of the basement you are staying in a basement flat when you rent this apartment. The baseboards are unfinished even the countertop is unfinished. The floors are so dirty. It caused the white towels to become black and dirty. We were able to see where they kept the 'clean' towels...

“Despite paying for two nights, I could not get into the apartment. I was traveling with young kids and I waited for over 4 hours but was not able to get into the place.”

I ordered room service using the menu provided in the room. However, after waiting for more than an hour, I received no update at all. I called several times, but no one...

“We stayed here for our honeymoon in April and had a great experience! A great area of town and very kind staff made it a great experience for us. The room was small, but very nice and clean. We would stay here again if we come back to London!”

“Was too noisy and not that clean and should be. Other rooms had sleepers but in our room was not available. Seems like they gave as the worst room, that should be for the staff not for the guests…”

“It was outstanding place to go around london and outskirt of london!”
