"Rooms were a little outdated and required some touches, but in general, was a nice experience and got this old English style hotel feeling. Very walkable and easy access to subway, breakfast was decent and stuff very friendly "

"Lovely hotel with a real boutique feel - clean, nicely decorated and a friendly atmosphere. When I checked in I was given a complimentary upgrade (without asking) which meant I stayed in a very nice room indeed, but they all looked good. This is a great area of London to stay in, close to Hyde Park, shops and the Tube, and very safe. Only very slight downside was that it was a little difficult to spot the entrance on the street. A flag or pennant like some of the other hotels on the street...

"We had a great visit. The staff was friendly and helped with some advice on our trip. The location was super convenient with the tube stop at the end of the block. Breakfast was great (good crispy bacon!) the rooms were small but that’s typical of London hotels. The bathroom was actually decent size and good hot water /pressure."

"Booked a stay for 3 people in March 2024. The room was very clean but TINY. We had to open our suitcases on the beds because there wasn’t enough space anywhere else to open the luggage. The balcony door was broken and open when we arrived so it was very cold inside. Staff is friendly and available 24/7 which is nice. Washroom is also tiny but clean. Overall it was a good experience as it’s located in a very convenient spot however this is a 2 star stay at best, not really 4 star as advertised."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the New Linden. Location is pretty great 8min walk to Bayswater or Notting Hill on the circle line and about 30 min to most attractions. I was disappointed to find the shower was not draining and the light over it was out but they fixed both within 2 days. Daily maid service. "Pictures are not what we stayed in - small apartment beds were comfortable - owner provided juice, water and milk for our stay. Soaps and shampoos are provided in bathroom. One issue was the windows in the front do not open and it was warm in the apartment - the back bedroom windows could be opened but downstairs restaurant workers were loud and smoking so smoke came right up into the bedroom so we had to close the windows. Owner does communicate well so if you need assistance he will respond...

"The apartment had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for 4 adults. Even had a washing machine that I didn’t know were there. The apartment is located up a stairway and the 2 bedrooms were upstairs so if stairs are a problem maybe reconsider. Loved the location! Very quiet as the apartment is located up an alley way. Lots of very popular restaurants around the corner and cute little boutique stores. Loved my visit and would definitely stay in this property again. "
