This was our second stay at Grand Plaza Serviced Apartments and we’ve decided that we will only stay there when we travel to London! The location and area is beautiful, safe, quiet, clean and rooms are nice and ideal with well supplied kitchenettes. Room service attendants are extremely efficient. The location is also perfect —Easy to get to three tube stations that are central to get to everywhere in London. Bayswater is a close walk and has everything you need. Paddington Train Station is also close enough to walk to. Can’t say enough good things about Grand Plaza Serviced Apartments - you won’t regret this choice!

The apartment was clean and adequate for our stay. I didn’t feel the pictures entirely match up to what you actually get but the bed was comfy and the air conditioning very welcome in the summer heat, albeit all very basic. It wasn’t made clear on booking that you need some form of ID to check in, and it was only by pure luck that I had my driving license as otherwise I believe we would have been turned away.

Very clean room. Cleaned every day with new towel and plenty of soap. We left dishes in the sink and they were cleaned every day for us. The water was warm and close to the tube and plenty of restaurants.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was perfect for my family of five. Everything was very clean and in working order. The front desk staff was very quick when we checked in and we were in our room within minutes.
