"All the staff were nice and the room was clean and well kept. I particularly thought the optional breakfast at 7.50 was excellent value for money and was served in a nice setting. The hotel was well priced and is in a good location near a tube station."

When we arrived he allowed us to store our bags while we waited for check in time and when we arrived back, he had brought our luggage to the room and showed us around and how to use all the appliances and the wifi. "Absolutely Terrible. The property is new to hosting but travellers need to know rather than be so disappointed. The unit is old and in disrepair. The stove plates are rusted and the microwave was dirty. No utensils whatsoever except for a tiny salad knife. No chair or table. BUT The main issue - no socket/electricity for 2 days.
