"Upon arrival there was no soao, shampoo (sink/shower) all bottles were empty and towels only for 2 people not for 3….reception however fixed it and next day all was in order and room spotlessly ckean sadly the following day housekeeping did not ckean very well…hotel as such is amazing in great and very convenient location so will definitely return as most staff is amazing and very helpful and breakfast also fantastic "

"The hotel is undergoing major refurbishment which is not advertised. There is no signage to redirect guests to Reception which is in the other building. Drilling and hammering began just after 9am on Friday and Saturday morning. Reception did not answer the phone when I tried to complain. At check out on Sunday morning staff did not ask if we had enjoyed our stay and when I said I wanted to complain the staff member did not show any interest. Carried our bags to the other hotel to check out and then had to take them back to where we started to leave them in the luggage room. Then had to get a member of staff to come back again when we wanted to get them back. Really disappointed as we have stayed here many times before but will think twice about booking again. "
