โHands down one of the BEST hotel experiences ever. The staff, especially MARK, was incredibly. The food was unbelievable. The afternoon tea, scones, breakfast, fish and chips at this hotel was so good. I would go back to London just to stay here again. โ
โWe stayed for 4 nights in the Aldwych Rm, early July, 2025. Fantastic hotel, beautifully decorated throughout! Our room was wonderful, cool, quiet, incredible bathroom, and an extremely comfortable bed!

Air conditioning in room, that was so welcome during the current UK heat wave, brilliant staff, good TV setup, very easy and powerful WiFi, room amenities that included complimentary drinks and snacks!...
โThis hotel service and style was superb! We stayed at 6 hotels throughout this trip and this hotel was my favorite. It had the best customer service and food. The back patio garden was serene. The room was comfortable but very cozy. Two people in a Superior room is tight- especially with the small bathroom size. I recommend opting for a larger room. Hope to stay here again!โ
โGreat Pub/Hotel in a great location. Earls Court station was across the street and you could walk to Kennsington Palace and Hyde Park. We took the hoho bus which had a stop about 15 mins from the pub/hotel. Food and service were great, breakfast was awesome. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There were stairs to the rooms even if you took the lift a need to know for anyone with mobility issues. Would recommend for anyone wanting to visit London.โ
โThis Hotel is unique; a โGreat Gatsbyโ feel and decor. The staff is highly accommodating and kind. There are many comfy, cozy, lounge areas - including a well-stocked library. An actual club with annual membership, and guests have membership for the length of their stay; quiet, intimate atmosphere with no typical tourists, few to no children (at least during my stay). Highly recommended.โ
โFantastic location and easy access to excellent shops, food stores and the Tube. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed rooms. Lovely and a bargain for London. Breakfast is very good. I will come back. New HQ for London trips. โ
โI stayed in this hotel for 4 days and I liked this hotel very much. firstly, room is small but very very clean and organized. Free wifi was also fast and useful. The location is clean and convenient to go anywhere (5 min walking distance to south Kensington station). A bottle of water is served every day and we had tea time using that water. No refrigerator. All the staff members were kind.โ
โGreat location. Clean. Close to buses and the underground. Close to Hyde Park. Comfortable beds. Good sized rooms. Went with my 2 daughters. Great to be together in one apartment vs 2 hotel rooms. โ
โWe loved our stay. The hotel was very well maintained and nicely decorated. Concierge was there 24 hrs so we could get help anytime. The location was also great. It was near the quiet and safe area. I will definetely come back next time in Feb of next year. โ
