"Great location! The Uber boat was a short walk away. That provided multiple stops up the Thames all the way to the Tower Bridge. The taxi stand adjacent to the hotel provides easy access to transportation to Heathrow and sites around Kensington. The underground had a stop a short walk away too. Overall a very pleasant experience at the Doubletree!"

"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"Per the reviews, we knew it was an older property but the service and set up was perfect for our family. To have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area for the price was amazing. And the staff was so kind a helpful. In addition, it was a great location: near a major tube stop, a direct shot if you take the train from Heathrow, and a grocery store and great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend for families traveling to London."

We were staying for my daughter’s 16th birthday and there were balloons and chocolates in our room when we arrived which made her day. I would definitely stay here again."
