โThis hotel was wonderful. It was right in center of Kensington. Very close to the underground, cafes, restaurants, Hyde park, museums. The staff were extremely nice. Rooms were great. โ
โGreat location. Clean. Close to buses and the underground. Close to Hyde Park. Comfortable beds. Good sized rooms. Went with my 2 daughters. Great to be together in one apartment vs 2 hotel rooms. โ
โWe loved our stay. The hotel was very well maintained and nicely decorated. Concierge was there 24 hrs so we could get help anytime. The location was also great. It was near the quiet and safe area. I will definetely come back next time in Feb of next year. โ
โWe had a wonderful time staying at Hux Hotel, starting for the nice surprise of our room being upgraded. A member of staff was also ready to help with our luggage.
The room was comfortable and clean, loved the decoration, the views and the amenities.
There is a discretionary service charge of 5%, in my opinion totally worth it.โ
โUnexpectedly upgraded to a suite, which was lovely. Stayed at Baileys multiple times over the past few years, a lovely, comfy, traditional London hotel with out the ostentatious bling. Friendly and helpful staff, stones throw from good transportation for London exploration. The only slight negative, no bedside clock, so had to check my phone or Ipad for time in the wee small hours.โ
โService was very good. However, I used the rooms on the 5th floor and there was no elevator. I have never seen such a five star hotel. If you stay here ask the fifth floor room to avoid it.โ
"I wonder how the hotel got 4 stars because a 2 star hotel I stayed near the King's Cross was way better in terms of service, appliance, cleanness, etc. The male receptionist on the day I checked in was horribly rude, the room itself is wornout. Overall stay was convenient though. House keeping was exceptional. "
