"Spent 5 days during a heat wave at this hotel that claimed to have AC but it was never working during the time we stayed there. We were on the 4th floor so imagine what it was like trying to sleep or do anything comfortably without sweating non stop. No one ever came to clean the rooms, take trash ..."
