The staff and service are Outstanding! attentive, professional, polite, helpful and truly service-oriented. Rooms & facilities are very good. The Tesco supermarket is 3 minutes walking distance - it's super convenient & perfect for groceries, desserts etc. Earls court underground station is a 10 minute walk. One of the best 'value for money' properties we've enjoyed in a long time. A very special appreciation for Manager, Laust Anderson and hotel staff Joseph for making our stay truly memorable as well as to front desk staff Saif, Matin and Bianca. Looking forward to staying at this property again when visiting London. "

"Bad- Experience was okayish, not too good for a 4 star hotel My bad sheet had dirt underneath, the charging point was far away from the bed and there was no kettle/coffee/tea services in the room. Room was also extremely small. Goods- Bathroom was clean and big, iron table and iron in good condition, staff very helpful Overall, I wouldn't call it value for money for a 4 star hotel"
