“I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. “Located in a great location with earls court tube station and shops in 4 mins with decent atmosphere, room was clean, staffs were helpful, and complimentary laundry room was very useful. But the bed was too soft (for me) and towels didn’t seem to be washed professionally as those were not as white as you’d expect from a conventional hotel. And it would be really handy if they provide a disposable flat mob or some sort as there was only a tiny table broom that I had to crawl to clean the floor....

“This place is really amazing for a short trip to London! The hotel, staff, and bar are a great upgrade compared to other establishments nearby. (This is very noticeable- even in a great area) We enjoyed a fantastic jazz night when returning for the evening, including highly skilled jazz musicians and top shelf -curated drinks.
