"Chosen for the location walkable to Royal Albert Hall so was excellent. Tube only yards away in Kensington High Street. Hotel lobby and bar spacious with tasteful decor and staff friendly and helpful. Huge breakfast room with just about every choice on offer. Staff very welcoming and attentive. The room was small and a little dated, but spotlessly clean. Really comfy beds with great pillows! The Parsley Stem hand and body wash was a bit of an odd choice! The sockets and light switches were behind the pillows due to lack of space and were difficult to access. Only 1 coffee sachet, 2 decaffs,and 1 teabag on the tea tray seemed a bit inadequate. The room was supposed to be a premium room (all that was available) but compared with the standard room we stayed in the previous night, it was smaller, with an inferior bathroom. The wardrobe wasn't much use for hanging clothes as space was taken up by the mini fridge inside, which incidentally was quite warm. The TV wouldn't connect, saying could not access this service. The tiny sofa took up space and seemed pointless to sit on due to it facing the wardrobe! Couldn't see how it could be used as a sofa bed due to lack of space. There were no surfaces to lay out toiletries. The wash basin was tiny and cramped in the corner. Understand the huge cost of doing a major revamp so would still return for the excellent location, amazing breakfast and friendly service 😀"

"the room definitely needed an overhead light fixture. it was very dim. the service for breakfast was slow. they appeared to be understaffed. the room was spotless and was cleaned to that standard every day. the television had a very limited selection of channels if that kind of thing is important to you. the staff was very friendly and helpful with my bags and getting a taxi. the location is excellent, right across the street from a tube station and in a desirable part of london. easy access to 3 small grocery stores, a drug store and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. just be aware that the rooms are small."

"For my first stay at the Millennium, I was kindly upgraded to a better room, which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and overall very clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as I noticed a few short black hairs, which was a little disappointing. The TVs could also do with an upgrade to include streaming services such as Netflix. Having only standard TV channels felt quite limited, especially when spending time in the room in the evening. The main point of confusion was breakfast. When booking, there were two options available: “Breakfast” and the more expensive “Full Breakfast.” I chose and paid extra for the Full Breakfast option, assuming this included something additional. However, when I arrived at the breakfast room, I was told there was only one breakfast option included—the buffet—and that anything from the à la carte menu would cost extra. This left me unsure as to what I had actually paid extra for, as the Full Breakfast appeared to be exactly the same as the standard Buffet Breakfast, just at a higher price. The difference between these options should be made much clearer at the time of booking, or the pricing should reflect what is actually included. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and appreciated the room upgrade, but better attention to bathroom cleanliness, more modern TV options, and clearer breakfast pricing would improve the experience."

"Decent one night stay in London. Helpful and friendly staff on check-in. Not the best hotel location wise for my trip but was okay. Surprised there was no swimming pool/spa facilities in a Hilton hotel. Hotel was looking a bit tired and outdated in the corridors and rooms. Only main negative was no body wash in shower. Overall, decent enough hotel for a weekend stay or something like that."
