"Rooms starting to look a little tired "

"The staff were amazing - from check in to the conceirge to the door men all were exceptional. We loved the piano bar and the restaurant staff and food was top notch! The 9th floor bar had amazing views and cocktails! The room was checked throughout the day as requested for garbage removal and towels and bed turndown. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"First time at the Londoner, comfortable room, nice fitness centre, great breakfast buffet with super nice staff, good live music. I felt relaxed and comfortable there. "

"Beautiful hotel Perfect location It’s not as fancy or Luxor as a real 5 star hotel but a very nice and comfortable hotel. It is more akin to a very good four star Hotel in my opinion but location and distinct design worth the stay!"

"The Sea Containers exceeded my expectations. The staff was so warm, welcoming and friendly. The lobby area and bar and restaurants were all beautiful and delicious. The room was spacious with a very large bathroom with great lighting and perfect for sharing with a friend. The location on the Thames was perfect, near the London Eye, great shopping, restaurants and bars close by. I would definitely stay here the next time I'm in London!"

"Lovely hotel, great location to London city. Breakfast good options including for gluten free and vegan. Staff very friendly, professional and helpful. Top floor bar/restaurant with great views and outside seating. "

"This time I chose a basic room, it was indeed smaller than the premium room I booked before but still featured a sofa, a table and a window with street views. The other thing delighted me was that the room service is 24h. I had a good steak at 1pm."

"Reception staff were very friendly and very helpful. Had a wonderful welcome .. luggage was sent to our room whilst out ( thought that was a great touch ) never experienced that before. Bar staff also friendly and breakfast was delicious. Great variety in choice. Great location too. "

"Property was nice. Concierge was very accommodating and welcoming. Room was cozy with nice touches throughout making the stay comfortable. Location was on a quiet street situated away from crowds but perfectly accessible to the areas you want to be in. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a lot in the past, but I think they are lowering their standards lately. The fire alarm kept going off for quite some time late in the evening. I tried to get a drink from the bar and they wouldn’t serve me. I understand they don’t work open the bar all But when you disturbed the fire alarm, I thought it should be possible to at least get a drink To say this is a five star hotel they need to look at their policies"
