The hotel is incredibly convenient as I like to visit the national Gallery across the street when I visit. The staff sets the hotel apart from others. This is my second time staying at the hotel and I’ve already booked a third stay a little later this year. I absolutely love the breakfast each morning. Today, one of the hosts in the restaurant remembered my favorite drink. That brightened my day.

Stunning hotel right next to Trafalgar square. We received an upgrade to a Spring Garden suite which suited us perfectly. It was tucked away in a quiet area and was large and well appointed with all the luxuries needed. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Breakfast was just perfect. We will choose this hotel next time we're staying over.
