"The cons: Stayed during a heat wave. The AC cannot keep up so room was still quite warm. The gym is also severely lacking for a business focused hotel. The pros: Excellent location, rooms are decent, and the breakfast is amazing (albeit pricey at £20). The “meh”: The beds are hard and the pillows lack structure."

"Location was unbeatable. Staff was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Coffee was top notch. Dislikes- only one restaurant on site, room service was iffy- one order was cancelled because “no one was working the kitchen” when we only ordered a slice of cheesecake. Also, we gave a lot of money to the hotel across the street because there was no snack bar in the hotel. That money could have stayed with Novotel."

No issues with that whatsoever 🙂 Very comfortable bed, great blackout curtains, good sound proofing between rooms and efficient Aircon unit, easy to use. Mini fridge in room a bonus, with real milk as not to ruin the delicious Nespresso complementary pods. I was also very pleased with the shower, toiletries and hairdryer. I'd happily stay again."
