"Good location - so convenient for sightseeing. Had comfortable bed with nice bedspread. Was mostly quiet location.
Probably 4.5 stars overall: Some minor improvements in experience on a few fronts could have made it perfect. "

"The hotel was very close to the Tower of London which was one of the places we wanted go and in the good location for all the public transit. The room was very quiet and clean. Beds were super comfy. The breakfast buffet were great! We ended up eating there pretty much everyday. No major complains and it was a great location for our first trip to London!"
"We stayed for 6 nights and the property was clean. Easy access to public transportation and walking distance to all major tourist attractions.
Best of all, Room service was attentive during our entire stay. "
"If I could give this property 6 stars I would! The location is amazing! Roughly a 5-7 min walk from the train that connects many of London’s attractions. Very clean hotel and very nice staff. The view was amazing as well & was not too noisy at nighttime (with the tourists). I would 100% stay here again next time I’m in London. "
"Front desk and bell-hop were very friendly and helpful. Room is as expected - not too big - but with beautiful view. Our room was located in the 12th flr which makes it convenient to visit 12 knot. We had our drinks in their rooftop overlooking the river thames. The hotel location is walking distance to many attractions. Overall, highly recommended."
"Really clean ,opted for no breakfast. A little on the small side but big enough for a two night stay. It could have done with another pillow but in all excellent."
