“세인트폴 성당에서 도보 5분 거리에 있고 호텔 바로 앞에 지하철역이 있어서 매우 편리합니다.
호텔 직원들은 모두 다 친절하였고 고객 응대를 적극적으로 해주었습니다.
특히 Hamid, 엄청 친절하고 호텔 드나들때 생수도 잘 챙겨주어 내집에 온듯한 편안함을 느꼈습니다.
룸안에 모든 음료, 커피, 차, 생수, 스낵 등은 무료로 제공되었고 더 필요하면 더 주었습니다.
침대가 엄청 크고 침구류가 좋았고 샤워 수압도 좋고 어매니티도 만족스럽게 사용했습니다.
조식은 선택하지 않아서 모르겠습니다.
다음에 런던에 오면 재방문 할거에요.

“I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. firstly, the well dressed room was amazing. All the hotel is decorated with the Victorian and Edwardian style. Furniture was old, antique. however, it was clean and well managed. The room was not tidy. Also, the bathroom with beautiful bath tub was spacious enough to be relaxed. I had breakfast and it was served so nicely that I would not forget this experience. The meal was so warm and delicious. Also there was a small pot of flower and this small detail made...
“부티크 호텔로 매우 스타일리시하며 서비스가 아주 좋습니다. 약간 민망할 정도로(?) 세심하게 서비스해서 참 좋았습니다. 근데 그게 새로 생겨서 그런 것도 같고..아직 잘 안알려진 호텔 같습니다. 애머너티도 매우 스타일리시하고 남녀용 구분되어 두가지가 있습니다. 비누까지도 예쁘고 슬리퍼도 완전 푹신하고 여러가지로 감동을 주는데 분위기상 조명이 넘 어두운 감은 있고 가격에 비해 매우 좁습니다. 방 크기 보다 스타일과 서비스가 중요하다면 매우 특별한 경험이 될 수 있을 것 같습니다. ”
“The perfect location in central London - close to absolutely everything, multiple tube lines to choose from, you can hear the bells of St Paul's, bustling pubs, great restaurants. So good. The only issue with the apartment is the full size bed. I missed that part in the description and it is small for 2 people and we are not big people. It would be unbearable for 2 plus sized individuals. The shower would probably be problematic as well.”

Room was exceptional. Really spacious and beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and more. The bath in the bedroom was stunning.

"I stayed here for 2 nights.
On the first day suddenly fire alarm rang twice in the midnight. Everyone on my floor came out and called concierge but they didn’t answer the phone. One of us went down to concierge to check if it’s real emergency or not. It was just a accident by electric system problem but if someone wouldn’t have gone to check we didn’t even know what’s going on.
The room is quite spacious but very old."
"Booked that place to see the city view but it was a construction view right in front of the hotel. Felt uncomfortable to look at men working on the construction every morning.
(It would have been nice if they told us at least on the desk when we check in)
Checked in. Our lock was broken, our phone was broken as well. Had to move another room.

Always cafe customers who booked for the table in advance for the restaurant or cafe. No table at least not a single chair for the hotel guest. Really unpleasant experience.
