Extraordinary hotel. The room was incredible. Service to the room (twice daily) was amazing. The breakfast was the best we have had in any hotel (and we travel quite a bit); Location of the hotel was perfect. Best part of this trip was TONY, who took special care of us from the moment we arrived until we left. He is a huge asset and we look forward to seeing him again when we return.

We stayed at L'Oscar several times over the past few years and were always impressed by its beauty, comforts, and level of service. During our last stay, we noted that the service got even better: the room was spotless, the food we ordered was delivered promptly, and the hotel proactively honored all our VIP discounts, including room upgrade and food credits. We will be staying at L'Oscar again the next time we come to London.

The suites were great concierge Tachid and Tony, reception florencia were awesome. Location is great too. Only issue we had was the hairdryer system didnt work too good and shower drain flooded our bathroom. Altogether, good experience.

Top class hotel in a super location.

From check-in to departure, the staff were really friendly, professional and top class. The welcome glass of Champagne on check-in was a lovely touch. We had one of the suites and it was brilliant. Such classy decor, all through the hotel. We were only disappointed with the bar closing at 11pm each night. Because it was so nice, we came back early to have a drink and it was closing - maybe they could keep that open longer for residents to make the experience more special, and more lucrative for the hotel?

Staying at L’Oscar was an absolute dream. From being met at reception by the charming and informative staff to the tour of my beautiful room and on every second spent on the property was a delight. The property is beautifully presented and the rooms are well appointed and spotless. Bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was a great size. This hotel is located close Holborn station which was very convenient for getting around London, and it is within a walk to convent garden.

It is a great place to stay in London. The location is perfect to visit all popular place in London within her rail and tube system. Almost walking distance to old city of London. We even walked to Tower of London along a walkway by the Thames. Will stay again.

Everything was superb—from check-in to checkout. The staff go above and beyond to help in any way. My friend lost her reusable water bottle in the hotel, and the staff made it their mission to locate it and bring it to her right away. The hotel is beautiful, and the room was fabulous. Breakfast has so many options. Highly recommend staying here.

Terrific - Service was Outstanding

Really incredible service, had to book last minute after change of plans and rate was more than reasonable for the service we got both from front and back of house. Food at restaurant was really terrific, too. Perfect location walking distance to Mayfair and convent garden. Will definitely be back next time I’m in London.
