"This hotel is a great find. Location is close to lots of places you want to be. The decor is avant- garde, some might say quirky but it works. The staff is very helpful especially Roman and Emmiy. The pics posted are accurate. Rooms are clean , we had a balcony so we sat out there ( though a bit chilly). There are many restaurants and bars in the area. It’s close to Waterloo station and the area is very artsy. This was our first staying in that area of London and we enjoyed it. "

"Good location for exploring the London. Big Ben was 15min away by walking from the hotel. Also the Thames river is in walking distance as well. Buses and Tubes are close to the hotel so we took tubes to go many attractions in London. Hotel was very nice and clean. Hotel staff was friendly and very nice. Convenient stores and cafes are close by. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again. "

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendliest staff and were impressed with the hotel's architecture and location. The hotel is conveniently located right near the Embankment Station, as well as very walkable to many sight seeing activities. We had the London Eye and an array of pubs, restaurants, and shopping within a short distance: the Palace was a 20-minute walk away (and a lovely walk through London's beautiful buildings and parks), Big Ben, Abbey, and Parliament were only a 10-minute walk. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was lovely. This trip was for myself and my 10-year-old, and I upgraded us to a room with a view of the river in the London Eye and have no regrets - it really added to our experience to be able to see the London city lights and the London Eye from our room. After a long day of walking and activities, we really enjoyed relaxing in our room and having access to the gym and hotel restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the London area, especially for tourist activities. I would absolutely stay here again and again. "
