The hotel is well maintained and the room was very comfortable. The absolute best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s right across from a tube station and it’s right next to the Thames. Many of London’s best attractions are within walking distance. Would recommend!

Staff went the extra mile to make us feel special. Stayed here for my wife’s birthday and shortly after our engagement, so the staff set out a few decorations in our room + a few cakes to make our stay a bit more memorable. The room itself was clean, well spaced and had good amenities.

The entire staff was most friendly and helpful. The club level benefits were a very nice addition. Room was great, comfortable bed and huge television. The breakfast was nice. We did ask for poached eggs and they were brought out cold, returned and new ones served cold again. Otherwise a most enjoyable stay.
