“I was so impressed with Lima, who was responsible for everything from check-in to minor service. The hotel was so perfect and the lounge on the first floor was very well maintained. If I go to London again, I will definitely make a reservation again.”

“Great location, short walk to Covent Garden or Holborn tube station. Very clean and stylish rooms and hotel. Friendly helpful staff, Rocco looked after us very well. Liked the room dining credit, worked very well for Late drinks and breakfast.”
