“Great view from the room, which was very clean & comfortable, nice linen and a really good bed. I had a very enjoyable but brief stay, thank you.”

“Lovely hotel in superb position and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. However we are blue badge holders with limited mobility and although there were a number of disabled parking places all these had been pre-booked and occupied by diners. Whilst we were able to leave our car in a disabled space on the first evening we were directed to the underground car park on the Sunday. Unfortunately it was almost full but we managed to literally squeeze into one of the last two spaces. This was disappointing...

“Was too noisy and not that clean and should be. Other rooms had sleepers but in our room was not available. Seems like they gave as the worst room, that should be for the staff not for the guests…”

“the bar in an hotel that large didnt have Bacardi totaly unaceptable for an hotel that caters for wedding events. also the rooms needed a better cleanerdust on the small table and the patio doors were filthy.”
