“Went to the Spa for my sisters birthday. The moment you walked in you felt calm as the decor was stunning. Staff so polite always smiling and helpful. Massage fantastic and professional. Massage room serene low lights soft music. Lovely pool. Garden absolutly amazing, tranquil lots of seating. We stayed at the hotel which was ultra clean and tidy. “The swimming pool is out of order at the moment. was not notified of this when booking only a couple of days before I arrived. I was allocated room 56. Make sure you don’t get this room unless there is a heatwave. It was so cold that I had to ask to be moved during the night. The radiator does not appear to work in the room. I stayed for 3 nights, two of which had road closures outside the hotel . On the Sunday the road was closed from 7 am to 1 pm so could not leave unless you walked - and...
