“The photos and overall rating of this hotel is a lie. I believe it was once a nice hotel but it is no longer. After a long wait at reception ringing the bell we was greeted by a man wearing blue gloves that he had just been cleaning with in scruffy clothes who took us to an uncleaned room with sticky bathroom floor, dead insects and used towels.
