Big room but the heating wasn’t working so the room was freezing cold, there was an oil radiator placed under the desk for us to use with a letter apologising left on the desk with a free snack and drink, this consisted of a coffee and some crisps. Apparently 50% of the hotels heating wasn’t working. ...

Firstly liverpool is not only expensive for parking it can be a long way from were you are staying. This makes this hotel stand out from the other hotels, along with friendly staff clean spacious rooms and fabulous food and drink offers.
