We have stayed here a few times now, fantastic hotel, wonderful beds and bedding, huge rooms. I booked an accessible room by mistake and asked to swap it but the guy on reception was a bit flustered , he said there were no other rooms until after 3pm ? Full hotel on a Monday?? We could not wait around ...
